The Board of Directors of W T K Holdings Berhad recommended a final single tier dividend of 1.5 sen net per share in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2025 (“Proposed Final Dividend”) for shareholders’ approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.

The entitlement and payment dates for the Proposed Final Dividend have yet to be decided and shall be announced at a later date.
