Pursuant to Rule 8.25(1)(ii) and Paragraph 3.0 of Guidance Note 4 of the ACE Market Listing Requirements ("ACE LR") of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities"), the Board of Directors of OSKVI wishes to announce that OSK Loan Ventures Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of OSKVI, has not extended any loans/advances to any party or received any loans/advances from any party in the ordinary course of its business as a licensed moneylender and therefore, there are no outstanding loans/advances for the financial quarter ended 31 December 2025.
