The Board of Directors of Uzma wishes to update that there were no changes to the status of the following Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”):-

1. MOU dated 20 August 2024 between Uzma Environergy Sdn. Bhd. (“UENV”), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company and MIMOS Services Sdn. Bhd. to collaborate in research and development of information and communications technology and microelectronics.

2. MOU dated 20 August 2024 between UENV and Universiti Tenaga Nasional Sdn. Bhd. to collaborate in joint development of product and/or solution in the field of energy management and storage and renewable energy.

3. MOU dated 9 October 2024 between UENV and NanoMalaysia Berhad for Facilitation and Cooperation in the Field of Renewable Energy, Research Funding Activities and Knowledge Exchange Activities.

4. MOU dated 22 May 2025 between Geospatial AI Sdn. Bhd., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company with Infrasel Sdn. Bhd. to Collaborate in Slope Monitoring and Infrastructure Risk Management in Selangor Using Satellite-Based Geospatial Technologies.

The Company will make the necessary announcement upon occurrence of the material development to the MOU.
