Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 19 December 2025 pertaining to the MOU entered into between SSTCM, KPI, SPCI HELM and TOPSOE ("Announcement").
Further to the Announcement, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that there has been no material development on the status of the MOU. The Company will make further announcements as and when there are any updates.
