- In his current position as Chief Regulatory & Stakeholder Management Officer, Datuk Ir. Ts. Shamsul is instrumental in shaping the Malaysia's electricity supply industry regulatory framework and oversees the full spectrum of regulatory strategy from economic and policy matters, including the IBR framework, tariff design proposals and system planning.
