On behalf of the board of directors of UTB, CGS International Securities Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. wishes to announce that the Company proposes to establish a long term incentive plan of up to ten percent (10%) of the total number of issued shares of the Company (excluding treasury shares, if any) at any point in time during the duration of the scheme for the eligible directors and employees of UTB and its subsidiary companies (excluding subsidiary companies which are dormant) ("Proposed LTIP" or "Scheme"). The Proposed LTIP comprises a share option plan and a share grant plan. Please refer to the attachment for further details. |
