Ms Lim Lay Han is an Associate Member of the Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and has been in practice since 2016. Since commencing her practice, she has been actively involved in advising on statutory compliance matters, corporate governance requirements and secretarial functions to ensure that organisations adhere to applicable legal and regulatory frameworks while upholding high standards of governance and professional integrity.

Prior to joining the Muda Group, she was with Mewah-Oils Sdn Bhd as Assistant Manager, Legal and Corporate Services, where she oversaw a broad range of legal, regulatory and corporate governance matters in support of the Company's operations and strategic objectives from June 2020 to June 2024.
