The Closing Price of RM4.1796 was determined based on the average volume weighted average market price of GAMUDA shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Closing Price is lower than GAMUDA-C3W's Exercise Price of RM5.50, holders of GAMUDA-C3W will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised GAMUDA-C3W will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of the GAMUDA-C3W shall terminate absolutely.
