The Closing Price of RM0.9999 was determined based on the average volume weighted average market price of NATGATE shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Closing Price is lower than NATGATE-CY's Exercise Price of RM1.65, holders of NATGATE-CY will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised NATGATE-CY will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of the NATGATE-CY shall terminate absolutely.
