The Board of Directors of DKLS Industries Berhad (“Company”) is pleased to announce the recommendation of a first and final single-tier dividend of 3.0 sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2025, which is subject to the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Thirtieth Annual General Meeting of the Company.

The date of entitlement and date of payment in respect of the aforesaid dividend will be determined and announced in due course.
