The Board of Directors of Critical Holdings wishes to announce that a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, Critical M&E Engineering Sdn. Bhd., had changed its name to Critical Engineering Solutions Sdn. Bhd. with effect from 24 February 2026 following the approval granted by the Companies Commission of Malaysia (“SSM”) under Section 28 of the Companies Act 2016.

The change of name is part of the Group’s ongoing corporate rebranding exercise and does not affect the subsidiary’s existing business operations or financial position.

The Board believes that the new name will reflect the future strategic direction of the Company.
