On behalf of the Board, SCA wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 27 February 2026, resolved to approve the listing of and quotation for 136,363,636 Consideration Shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Acquisition, on the LEAP Market of Bursa Securities.
