Pursuant to Practice Note No. 11 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of MyTech wishes to announce that the aggregate amount of financial assistance provided as at 31 Disember 2025 pursuant to the ordinary course of business of its wholly-owned subsidiary, GW Premium Capital Sdn Bhd, a licensed moneylending company is set out in the attachment below.

The provision of financial assistance has no significant financial impact on the net assets and earnings of MyTech and its subsidiaries for the current financial year.
