QUARTERLY DISCLOSURE ON THE PROVISION OF CORPORATE GUARANTEE

Pursuant to Paragraph 8.23(1)(ii) and Practice Note 11 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce the following:

 

Type of financial assistance

Aggregate amount of financial assistance provided during the quarter ended 31 December 2025.

Financial impact to WCEHB group.

For the construction and completion of the West Coast Expressway, Section 7, Part 2 of 2 (Section 7B) ("Project"), undertaken by the wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, WCE Maju Sdn Bhd:

    

(a) Corporate guarantee in favour of IJMC-KEB Joint Venture (an unincorporated joint venture formed between IJM Construction Sdn Bhd and the Company) provided by the Company for the procurement of bank guarantee for a performance bond for the Project.

 15,050 Nil.
(b) Corporate guarantee in favour of Industrial Concrete Products Sdn Bhd (a wholly owned subsidiary of IJM Corporation Berhad) provided by the Company for the supply of goods and credit to the Project. 25,000 Nil.
