We attach herewith the announcement made on 27 February 2026 to the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited ("SGX-ST") by Parkson Retail Asia Limited ("PRA"), listed on the SGX-ST and a 67.96% owned subsidiary of Parkson Holdings Berhad (“PHB” or the "Company") in relation to the dissolution of Parkson Unlimited Beauty Sdn Bhd ("PUBSB"), a dormant wholly-owned subsidiary of Parkson Corporation Sdn Bhd which is in turn a wholly-owned subsidiary of PRA.

The Companies Commission of Malaysia ("CCM") had on 26 February 2026 notified that PUBSB had, following its application for striking off in October 2025, been struck off from the CCM’s register and dissolved on 12 February 2026 pursuant to Section 550 of the Companies Act 2016.

The dissolution of PUBSB does not have a material impact on the earnings of the PHB Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2026 and the net assets of the PHB Group based on the audited consolidated statement of financial position of the Company as at 31 December 2024.
