We refer to the announcements dated 19 November 2024, 24 November 2024, 28 February 2025, 22 May 2025, 28 August 2025 and 28 November 2025 in relation to the MOU between Theta Edge and ZICT. Unless otherwise stated, all definitions and terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcements.
The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that there has been no material development on the status of the MOU since the last announcement made on 28 August 2025.
Further announcement on status of the MOU will be made in due course in accordance with the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
