The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that Scanwolf Plastic Industries Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has on 27 February 2026 accepted the letter of award from Vestland Resources Sdn. Bhd., the Main Contractor for Superstructure and Mechanical Works in relation to the project known as “Cadangan Pembangunan 2 Blok Pembangunan Perdagangan 69 Tingkat (Blok SOHO) dan 78 Tingkat (Blok SOVO)”.
