Further to the Company's previous announcement made on 17 October 2025, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that T7CCTE has been struck off from the Register of the Companies Commission of Malaysia following the publication of T7CCTE's name pursuant to Section 551(3) of the Companies Act 2016 in the Gazette on 12 February 2026.
The striking-off of T7CCTE does not have any material effect on the earnings or net assets of the Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2026.
