The Board of Directors of GDEX had resolved to recommend a final single-tier dividend of 0.20 sen per ordinary share for the financial year ended 31 December 2025, subject to shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Twenty-Second Annual General Meeting of the Company.
The date of entitlement and date of payment in respect of the aforesaid proposed final single-tier dividend will be determined and announced in due course.
