Reference is made to the announcement dated 14 March 2025 (“Initial Announcement”) in relation to the Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) between FSBM Holdings Berhad’s (“FSBM” or “the Company”) wholly-owned subsidiary, namely FSBM I-Design Sdn. Bhd. and and Exitra Sdn. Bhd. for exploration of collaboration opportunities and partnership opportunities.

Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Initial Announcement.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that there has been no material development on the status of the MOU since the last announcement dated 28 November 2025.
