Reference is made to the Company’s series of announcements from 29 January 2021 to 4 February 2026 in relation to the Company triggering Paragraph 8.03A(2)(b) of the Listing Requirements (“LR”) whereby the Company has an insignificant business or operations and is considered as an affected listed issuer. 

The Company had on 20 January 2026 made an application to Bursa Securities for a further extension of time ("EOT") to submit a regularisation plan to Bursa Securities pursuant to Paragraph 8.04(3) and Pargraph 5.0 of Practice Note 17 of the LR. An announcement on the outcome of the EOT Application will be made once the Company has received the decision from Bursa Securities.
