He served as Managing Director of Econion Marketing Sdn. Bhd. from 2011 until his resignation on 29 January 2026, founding and building the company into a reputable aquaculture solutions provider. He managed global feed brand dealerships, including Cargill, developed strong nationwide networks with prawn farmers and hatcheries, and provided hands-on technical advisory to improve productivity, survival rates, and feed efficiency. He also oversaw full P&L, supply chain operations, and strategic market expansion across Peninsular Malaysia and Sabah.
Previously, he was General Manager - Aquaculture Division at Segar Lebar Sdn. Bhd. (CP Group Malaysia Dealership) from 2007 to 2011, where he led shrimp farming and aquafeed operations, directed regional sales growth, and strengthened technical advisory teams to enhance FCR, biosecurity, and production output.
He holds professional certifications including International Certified Professional Trainer (ICPT) by IPMA U.K., HRD Corp Accredited Trainer (Malaysia), and Certified Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) by Neuro Strategies (U.S.). |
