We refer to the Company’s announcement dated 6 February 2026 on resignation of External Auditors (“Announcement”). Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations used on this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the Announcement.

The Board of Directors of Woodlandor wishes to announce that RUSSELL BEDFORD LC PLT, having consented to act, has been appointed as the External Auditors of the Company to fill the casual vacancy in the office of auditors caused by the resignation of HLB with effect from 3 March 2026 and shall hold office until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting of the Company.
