The Board of Directors of Guan Chong Berhad ("Company") wishes to announce that the Directors had on 03 March 2026 approved a first interim single-tier dividend of 1.5 sen per ordinary share ("Dividend") in respect of the financial year ending 31 December 2026 to the shareholders of the Company whose names appear in the Record of Depositories on 18 March 2026 and the Dividend so declared is payable on 10 April 2026.
