Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 20 February 2025, 11 April 2025, 20 June 2025, 23 June 2025, 14 October 2025, 19 January 2026, 30 January 2026 and 3 March 2026 in relation to the Proposals.
On behalf of the Board, Berjaya Securities wishes to announce that following the approval of the Shareholders for the Proposals obtained at an EGM earlier today, all the conditions precedent set out in the Vision SSA have been fulfilled. Accordingly, the Vision SSA has become unconditional in accordance with its terms and conditions on 3 March 2026.
