Deemed interested pursuant to Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2016 by virtue of its shareholdings in Skyelimit Alliance Sdn Bhd; (ii) 150,342,700 ordinary shares are held in the name of Velocity Capital Sdn Bhd pledged securities account for Skyelimit Alliance Sdn Bhd.
