The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that Sentoria Themeparks and Resorts Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company (“STARSB”), had on 4 March 2026 been served with a Statutory Notice pursuant to Section 466(1)(a) of the Companies Act 2016 from Messrs Mohanadass Partnership, the solicitors acting for Tenaga Nasional Berhad, a Scheme Creditor under the Scheme of Arrangement dated 13 April 2022, sanctioned by the High Court of Malaya in Suit No. WA-24NCC-137-03/2021 (the “Scheme”).

STARSB is required to pay a total sum of RM1,678,933.77 within 21 days from the date of receipt of this notice. Failing which, STARSB shall be deemed unable to pay its debt within the meaning of Sections 465(1)(e) and 466(1)(a) of the Companies Act 2016 and proceedings may thereafter be commenced to wind up the Company
