Mr. Ooi Chok Wei is an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya admitted since 26 November 2010 with 15 years of legal practice, has extensive experience on advising companies, financial institutions, property developers, and corporate groups on corporate, conveyancing, litigation, and regulatory compliance matters. 

He holds an LL.B (Hons) from the University of London, and obtained his Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP) and currently practices at M/s San & Associates. 

His practice serves corporate clients (both listed and private companies) with end-to-end support for core business needs including but not limited to corporate advisory engagements, guiding companies through structural changes, governance frameworks, and board-level decision-making. For commercial transactions, he drafts and negotiates key agreements including joint venture contracts, shareholders' agreements, and cross-party commercial arrangements and ensuring alignment with client objectives and regulatory requirements. He also oversees comprehensive due diligence processes for corporate deals, verifying documentation, mitigating legal risks, and ensuring compliance with Malaysia's corporate laws. He has no family relationship with any other Directors and/or substantial shareholders. He has no convictions for any offences within the past 5 years other than traffic offences. He does not hold any directorship in other public companies and listed issuers.
