The Board of Directors of InNature Berhad wishes to announce that Hello Natural Singapore Pte Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 4 March 2026 entered into an Exclusive Distribution Agreement with Laboratoires De Biologie Vegetale Yves Rocher (“YVES ROCHER”) for distribution and provision of YVES ROCHER products and services in Singapore.
