The Board of Directors of Subur Tiasa Holdings Berhad (“STHB” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that its 100% owned subsidiaries, Trimogreen Sdn Bhd (“TMG”) and JPH Logging Sdn Bhd (“JPL”), which are currently dormant have commenced member's voluntary winding-up pursuant to Section 439(1)(b) of the Companies Act 2016.

Mr Morris Hii Su Ong of Messrs. Hii & Lee (Secretarial Services) Sdn. Bhd. of 2nd Floor, 1 Lorong Pahlawan 7A2, 96000 Sibu, Sarawak, has been appointed as the Liquidator for the purpose of member’s voluntary winding-up of TMG and JPL.

The member’s voluntary winding-up of TMG and JPL will not have any material effect on STHB Group’s operations, earnings, net assets and gearing for the financial year ending 31 December 2026.

None of the Directors and/or major shareholders of STHB and/or persons connected with them have any interest, direct or indirect in the member’s voluntary winding-up of TMG and JPL.
