We refer to the earlier announcements dated 18 August 2025, 4 September 2025, 17 September 2025 and 22 September 2025 in relation to the Private Placement. On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that it had, on 6 March 2026, submitted the application to Bursa Securities to seek its approval for an extension of time for the Company to implement and complete the Private Placement.
