The Board of Directors of OM Holdings Limited has resolved and is pleased to announce the declaration of a special dividend of A$0.01 per share in relation to the completion of the sale of OMH (Mauritius) Corp's 26% interest in Ntsimbintle Mining Proprietary Limited to acknowledge and reward shareholders for their continued trust and support.
