CPE TECHNOLOGY BERHAD (“CPE") wishes to announce that Champion Oil Tool Sdn. Bhd. (“COT”) a wholly owned subsidiary of CPE had on 9 March 2026 commenced members' voluntary winding up pursuant to Section 439(1)(b) of the Companies Act, 2016 (“Voluntary Winding Up”).

Pursuant thereto, Mr Lee Chen Yeong and Mr Chang Jack Ee, of No.6, Jalan Indah Gemilang 5, Taman Perindustrian Gemilang, 81800 Ulu Tiram, Johor, Malaysia, have been appointed as the Liquidators of Champion Oil Tool Sdn. Bhd.

COT, a wholly owned subsidiary of CPE, is a company incorporated in Malaysia with its registered office at L2-02, 1 Medini Hub, Persiaran Medini Utara 3, Medini Iskandar, 79000 Nusajaya, Johor. The issued share capital of COT is RM270,000.00, comprising of 270,000 ordinary shares.

The principal activity of COT is provision of services for parts and components of machineries. COT has been dormant since 1 November 2019 and remains inactive, with no intention of carrying on any business or operations in the future.

The Voluntary Winding Up of Champion Oil Tool Sdn. Bhd. will not have any material effect on the earnings or net assets of CPE Group for the financial year ending 30 June 2026.

None of the Directors or major shareholders of CPE or persons connected with them has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Voluntary Winding Up.
