The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company had on 9 March 2026 received a notice in writing dated 9 March 2026 given pursuant to Section 281(1) of the Companies Act 2016 (“CA 2016”) from Messrs TGS TW PLT (“TGS”) on their resignation as the External Auditors of the Company and its Group. Pursuant to Section 281(2) of the CA 2016, TGS's term of office will end after twenty-one days from the date of the aforesaid notice.

The resignation is due to disagreement on the revised audit fee.

The Company is in the midst of identifying the new External Auditors to be appointed pursuant to Section 271(2)(b) of the CA 2016.

Save for the above, the Board wishes to inform that the Company is not aware of any other matters that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company. 

A further announcement on the appointment of the new External Auditors will be made by the Company in due course once the appointment is finalised.
