BONUS ISSUE OF 679,068,843 NEW ORDINARY SHARES IN IGB ON THE BASIS OF 1 BONUS SHARE FOR EVERY 2 EXISTING ORDINARY SHARES IN IGB HELD AS AT 5.00 P.M. ON 16 MARCH 2026 ("ENTITLEMENT DATE") ("BONUS ISSUE")

 

We refer to the Company's announcements dated 6 January 2026, 20 January 2026, 26 January 2026, 9 February 2026, 10 February 2026, 27 February 2026, 2 March 2026 and 3 March 2026 in relation to the Bonus Issue. Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcements.

 

On behalf of the Board, M&A Securities wishes to announce that 679,068,843 Bonus Shares will be issued pursuant to the Bonus Issue and will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on 17 March 2026, being the next market day immediately after the Entitlement Date on 16 March 2026.

 

Following the above, the enlarged issued share capital of the Company will be RM1,394,110,268 comprising 2,037,208,730 IGB Shares.
