The Board of Directors of K-One Technology Berhad ("K-One Tech") is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, K-One Venture Sdn Bhd ("K-One Venture") had on 16 March 2026 entered into a Shareholders' Agreement ("SHA") to govern its participation in a joint-venture ("JV") company in Malaysia known as AI Robomac Sdn Bhd ("AI Robomac" or "the JV Company"), which was incorporated on the same date. K-One Venture subscribed 45% equity interest in AI Robomac with 10% held as Trust Shares to be reserved for future strategic stakeholders as determined by the Board of the JV Company. The joint venture partners, namely; Mr. Chong Chin Kan and Mr Koh Kean Mum would each hold 25% and 30% respectively.

AI Robomac was incorporated to develop and commercialize AI powered robotic solutions or robots to be applied to the agriculture/plantation and industrial sectors.
