We refer to the announcements dated 31 July 2025, 4 August 2025, 8 August 2025, 28 August 2025, 29 September 2025, 22 October 2025, 26 November 2025, 14 January 2026, 12 March 2026 and 16 March 2026 in relation to the SCR and Variation. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the previous announcements shall apply herein.

 

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that a notice to shareholders of PinePac in relation to the suspension of trading of PinePac Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities and the entitlement date for the SCR (“Notice”) will be despatched to the shareholders of PinePac on 17 March 2026.
