With reference to the above, AmBank is pleased to announce the proposed issue by AmBank of up to 100,000,000 European style non-collateralised cash-settled call warrants over ordinary shares of ZETRIX, to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

ZETRIX-CBB is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 31 October 2025 executed by us, as supplemented from time to time. The ZETRIX-CBB is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 12 November 2025 and the Term Sheet for the ZETRIX-CBB dated 18 March 2026.

A summary of the principal terms of the ZETRIX-CBB is set out in Table 1.
