The Board of Directors of the Company ("Board") wishes to announce that One International had on 25 March 2026, entered into a share sale agreement for the proposed acquisition of 1,800,000 ordinary shares in Constellar Exhibitions Malaysia Sdn Bhd ("CEM") [Company Registration No. 201301000702 (1030539-D)] (representing 100% equity interest in CEM) ("Sale Shares") with Constellar Exhibitions Pte Ltd ("Vendor A") and Constellar Exhibitions Ventures Pte Ltd ("Vendor B") (collectively, "Vendors") ("SSA "), for a purchase consideration of RM3,971,715 ("Purchase Consideration") (which is subject to adjustments as set out in the SSA), details are as set out in the Appendix I of this announcement.
