The Board of Directors of TPG wishes to announce that the Company shall be seeking the shareholders' approval for the proposed Renewal of Authority for TPG to Purchase Its Own Shares 

of up to 10% of the Total Number of Its Issued Shares at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company to be convened.


A Share Buy Back Statement to Shareholders containing the details of the above proposal will be dispatched to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
