We refer to the previous announcements and the circular to shareholders dated 2 March 2026 ("Circular"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Circular shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that, the parties had, on 27 March 2026, mutually agreed to the extension of the Conditional Period under the Scheme Agreement for an additional 3 months up to 9 months from the date of the Scheme Agreement (i.e. from 9 April 2026 to 9 July 2026) with the aim to accord the parties an additional period to fulfil the Conditions Precedent as set out in the Scheme Agreement.
