The Closing Price of RM0.9410 was determined based on the average closing price of the HARTA Shares (subject to any adjustment as may be necessary to reflect any capitalisation, rights issue, distribution or others) for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including the Market Day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Cash Settlement Amount is less than zero, Holders will not be entitled to receive any payment from us and all outstanding and unexercised HARTA-C2Z will cease to be valid and all our obligations in respect to HARTA-C2Z shall terminate absolutely.
