We wish to announce that DAYANG-C57 has expired at 5.00 p.m. on 30 March 2026 ("Expiry Date") and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as follows:

= Number of DAYANG-C57 x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of DAYANG-C57 x (RM1.8620 - RM1.9800) x (1/2)
= Number of DAYANG-C57 x RM0.0000
The Closing Price of RM1.8620 was determined based on the average closing price of the DAYANG Shares (subject to any adjustment as may be necessary to reflect any capitalisation, rights issue, distribution or others) for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including the Market Day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Cash Settlement Amount is less than zero, Holders will not be entitled to receive any payment from us and all outstanding and unexercised DAYANG-C57 will cease to be valid and all our obligations in respect to DAYANG-C57 shall terminate absolutely.
