As the Closing Price is lower than GAMUDA-C3Z's Exercise Price of RM6.00, holders of GAMUDA-C3Z will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised GAMUDA-C3Z will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of GAMUDA-C3Z shall terminate absolutely.
