We refer to the announcements made on 10 March 2023, 13 March 2023 and 8 May 2024 in relation to the Proposed Acquisition. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcements.

Further to the Announcements, the Board of Directors wishes to announce that MAGSB had on 1 April 2026 entered into a supplemental letter to the CSPA with Wings to extend the maturity period of the RCPS from 10 April 2026 to 9 April 2027 ("Supplemental Letter to CSPA").

Save for the above and the Supplemental CSPA as announced on 8 May 2024, all other terms and conditions of the CSPA shall remain unchanged.
