The Board of Directors of the Company has approved the change of the financial year end of the Company from 31 December 2025 to 30 June 2026. The next financial year will be commenced from 1 January 2025 to 30 June 2026, covering a period of 18 months. Thereafter, the subsequent financial years shall end on 30 June annually. This change is intended to avoid peak reporting period, improve operational alignment and strengthening governance and internal controls.
