ANNOUNCEMENT ON THE PROPOSED RENEWAL OF SHAREHOLDERS' MANDATE FOR EXISTING RECURRENT RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS OF A REVENUE OR TRADING NATURE ("RRPT")

The Board of Directors of FEHB wishes to announce that the Company proposes to seek the approval from its shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting to be convened in relation to the Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate for existing RRPT pursuant to Paragraph 10.09(2) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

A circular setting out the details of the Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate will be dispatched to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
