Pursuant to Paragraph 8.23(2)(e) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of Chin Hin wishes to announce that PP Chin Hin Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has not provided any loans or advances to any party in the ordinary course of its business as a licensed moneylender and therefore, there are no outstanding loans or advances for the financial quarter ended 31 March 2026.
