The Company wishes to announce that in accordance with Rule 10.09 of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad in relation to Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature ("RRPTs"), the Board of Directors of AppAsia intends to seek its shareholders' approval for the Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate to enter into RRPTs at the forthcoming Twenty Second Annual General Meeting ("22nd AGM") of the Company.

The Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate will take effect from the date of passing of the relevant resolution at the forthcoming 22nd AGM of the Company until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting.

A circular to shareholders setting out the details of the above Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate will be made available via electronic means to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
