Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 28 August 2020, 2 September 2020, 6 October 2020, 15 March 2022, 20 October 2023, 22 May 2025 and 10 October 2025. Unless otherwise stated, the definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcement.

 

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to inform that the appeal hearing scheduled on 31 March 2026 was part-heard and has been adjourned for continued hearing.

 

Subsequently, the Court has fixed a case management on 2 April 2026 to schedule the continued hearing, which is now set for 22 May 2026.

 

The Company will make the necessary announcements on any material development of the above matter as and when necessary.
